Register for a FractalPay account (Web App or Early Access).

Submit financial transactions or invoices through the platform.

Interact with our customer support channels (email, phone, contact form).

Use our website (via cookies and analytics tools).

2. Use of Personal Information

We use your data solely for the following primary purposes:

To process and complete transactions between families and providers.

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations (KYC, AML, CTF, Australian privacy laws).

To provide customer support and manage your account.

To improve our service through internal data analysis (using aggregated and anonymized data where possible).

To communicate with you about service updates and security notices.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

Your personal information will only be disclosed to third parties as necessary to provide the service or meet legal requirements.

Service Providers: To payment gateway providers and financial institutions to process payments.

Providers: To the service providers/clinics you authorize to receive funds.

You can manage most of your data directly through your FractalPay Web Application account settings.
